Welcome to Bayarin. By downloading, accessing, or using the Bayarin mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Bayarin is a personal finance tool intended to help you manually track obligations, installments, and payments. The App is provided for informational and personal organizational purposes only. It does not provide professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Privacy and Data Storage

Bayarin is strictly an offline-first application.

  • Local Storage: All user inputs, including financial data, names, and settings, are stored locally on your device.
  • No Cloud Sync: We do not upload, sync, or transmit your data to any external servers.
  • Data Responsibility: Because data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for backing up your data using the App's "Export" feature. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or user error.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bayarin is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, late fees, or data loss.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting an updated version in the App or on our documentation page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
